DISTRIBUTION AND POLICIES OF EXHIBITOR BADGES – 2019 Sand-Water-RV Expo, November 16-17

  • Admission is charged for attending the Expo, and all attendees MUST have a ticket or Exhibitor Badge for admittance – no exceptions.
  • Exhibitors may receive up to a maximum of (6 free badges for booth spaces, and 8 free badges for bulk spaces). Additional badges are available upon request for $3.00 each (pay at Expo office). Sharing of Exhibitor Badges and/or distributing Badges to anyone other than the person named on the credential is not allowed.
  • Prior to the opening of the Expo, exhibitors can pick up their Badges at the Expo office starting at 1:30pm on Friday, November 15 or Saturday morning before 9:00am.
  • All booths or spaces must be paid in full prior to receiving Exhibitor Badges.

PLEASE COMPLETE THE EXHIBITOR BADGE REQUEST FORM BELOW AND EMAIL IT NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2019 – any badge requests received after November 5 will be not be available for pick-up at the Expo office until the morning of Saturday, November 16.
